AI & Automation
LLM integration, RAG over your own documents, fine-tuned models, computer vision, predictive analytics, and agent workflows that carry a process end to end.
Emtech designs and builds the software layer of a business — platforms, mobile apps, AI systems, immersive interfaces and financial infrastructure. One team, from architecture through to production support.

Who we are
Emtech is a product engineering firm. We take responsibility for the whole path: understanding the business problem, designing the system, writing the code, putting it into production and keeping it there. Teams are small, senior and assigned to one thing at a time.
We work in regulated and high-volume environments, so our defaults are strict — typed codebases, tested paths, reviewed migrations, observable services. That discipline is why the systems we hand over are still running years later without a rewrite.
What we buildWhat we build
Most work touches three or four of these at once. Keeping them in one team is what removes the hand-off gaps where projects usually stall.
LLM integration, RAG over your own documents, fine-tuned models, computer vision, predictive analytics, and agent workflows that carry a process end to end.
Custom platforms, SaaS products, headless CMS, e-commerce, progressive web apps and the API architecture underneath them.
Native iOS and Android, React Native and Flutter, built offline-first where the network can't be trusted.
WebXR experiences, product visualisation, virtual showrooms, AR try-on and simulation training.
Payments, wallets, lending platforms, core-banking modules, KYC/AML, fraud scoring, open banking and merchant tooling. Detailed below.
Cloud architecture, CI/CD, containers, infrastructure-as-code, observability and cost control.
Pipelines, warehousing, real-time streaming and BI dashboards people actually open.
UX research, design systems, interface design and prototypes you can click before we build.
Penetration testing, secure SDLC and compliance readiness for PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR/NDPR.
Smart contracts, tokenisation, wallet infrastructure and on-chain settlement — used where a ledger genuinely solves the problem.
Fintech
Money movement has a different bar. Every ledger entry is reconcilable, every state change is logged, and every integration is written against the rules it will be assessed under.
Transaction path
Immersive
Spatial work earns its place when a flat screen genuinely loses information — a product that needs to be seen at scale, a procedure that has to be rehearsed, a room a buyer can't visit. We build those in WebXR first, so there's nothing to install.
How we work
We map the business process, the constraints and the failure cases before proposing anything.
Data model, service boundaries, integrations and the non-functional targets, written down.
Flows, then interface, then a clickable prototype tested with real users.
Two-week increments, demoed live, deployed behind flags to a staging environment you can open.
Load testing, monitoring, runbooks and a support window while your team takes ownership.

Principles
The smallest version that proves the idea ships first. Infrastructure gets built for the load you have evidence of, not the load in the pitch deck.
Threat modelling starts at architecture. Secrets, permissions, audit trails and dependency scanning are part of the first commit, not a pre-launch scramble.
Releases are small and frequent because small changes are easy to reverse. What we measure is agreed before the work starts, so "done" isn't a matter of opinion.
We push back when a request will cost you more than it returns. You get the repository, the documentation and engineers who explain their decisions.
Testimonials
They rebuilt our settlement engine while the old one was still running, and cut month-end close from four days to the same afternoon. The migration plan was written before a line of code.
We came in expecting an AI demo and got a system our credit team actually uses every day. They were honest about what the model could not do, which is rarer than it should be.
Our auditors asked for evidence we could not have produced before this build. Emtech had already instrumented it. Two weeks of preparation turned into two days.
Network
No single firm covers every rail, licence and jurisdiction. Ours is a working network of specialists we've delivered with before — so when a project needs one, it isn't a cold introduction.
Early-stage teams we advise on architecture and technical hiring, several now shipping at scale.
Processors, identity providers, cloud vendors and licensed institutions we integrate with regularly.
Twelve sectors, with the deepest work in financial services, health, logistics and education.
FAQ
Three ways. A fixed-scope project when the requirements are settled; a dedicated team retained monthly when the roadmap will move; or a short discovery and architecture engagement that ends in a specification you own and can take anywhere.
Discovery runs two to three weeks. A focused first release is usually eight to fourteen weeks after that. Regulated platforms with core-banking or processor integrations run longer, because certification and settlement testing sit outside our control.
Fixed price for fixed scope, monthly for dedicated teams. Either way you get a written breakdown of what's included before signing, and any change that affects cost is quoted and approved before work starts on it.
You do. Code, designs and documentation transfer to you on final payment, in your repositories from day one. We keep no licence over your product and reuse nothing client-specific.
Every build includes a warranty window covering defects. Beyond that, support is a separate agreement with defined response times — or a structured handover with documentation, runbooks and paired sessions if your team is taking it on.
Yes. We work inside your environment and access controls, keep cardholder data out of scope by design, and build the logging and reporting that PCI-DSS, SOC 2, NDPR and CBN reviews ask for. Where a licensed entity has to hold the data, we architect around that boundary rather than through it.
